In reply to: [Uploadcare File Uploader and Adaptive Delivery (beta)] ThumbnailIf you’re importing files via Uploadcare to WP you have two options.
File are stored with Uploadcare or files are stored in your WP instance. If files are stored with Uploadcare, there is a limit for what images our CDN can process. Huge images, for example, cannot be treated as images ?? Is that the case?

In reply to: [Uploadcare File Uploader and Adaptive Delivery (beta)] Thumbnailcan you share some more details? What thumbnails are not generated?
For files imported to WP media library?
Screenshots and/or URLs may help.Adriano,
thanks for elaborate feedback.
First of all, can you file the technical issues at github, furthermore, PRs are most welcome ??Second, “download images” feature stands for the opposite, use WP attachments and local diskspace to store files at rest. I think you’ve got it the other way around.

resolving the thread.
please send us something to act upon.@kapnoee1, can you take a look at what’s happening in JS console?
we’re sorry that you were mislead.
could you point where exactly the implication of uploading files to your server is being stated? we’ll make sure to fix that.Alex,
would you be able to contact us directly at [email protected] to speed this up?
Alex,
1. Uploadcare is built to solve problems related to saving and storing files yourself, so in basic use case saving files back to WP is exactly you want to avoid ?? However, we’re going to add this option in future plugin versions.
2. Could you tell me what URLs are those thumbnails are loaded from? Is there anything relevant in JS console?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Uploadcare File Uploader and Adaptive Delivery (beta)] SynchornizationPlease elaborate what exactly do you want to achieve.
Hi there!
Uploadcare does not sync files to Dropbox.
You may do that with custom code, that should not be too difficult ??Image shrink is not available with widget version that is shipped with WP plugin (1.4.2).
You could try to change that in plugin’s code, if you’re up to it. Shrinking is supported on widget versions 2.0+ (it’s working only with local uploads though).
We will upload new version as soon as we possibly can.
