Hi guys,
The solution for me was increasing the max_input_vars to 2000, I’m using a dedicating server with Centos WHM/cPanel onboard.

If I’ll want to hack any WP website, I’ll use thumbs titles. ??

I’ve set the clear WP, without plugins and the clear theme like “Twenty Twelve” and import the websites database – the problem was caused.
But there I found very old image (2008 year) with “2012” title ?? that was unavailable on the server and returns 404.
fail ??

After I’ve deleted it the problem become solved.
