Found a plugin causing the issue, when it’s off, payments are successful, and there are no errors in logs.

Uploaded a new plugin copy, checked permissions, found both files in this directory:
wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/otgs/installer/includes

But the error hasn’t been fixed.
