Hi,

After updating to the latest version of Hueman 3.4.7 the problem is still there.

I’ve installed a seperate WP-version on the same server and the the customizer works fine.

Could me using a multi-site installation be the problem?

Thanks for the quick reply.

Sadly, the solutions u mention do not work for me. I’ve deactivated all plugins, cleard cache of the site and pc, uses another browser and used another computer. It still doesn’t show the customizer preview of the Huemann theme.

Now I reverted back to the previous installed version (3.3.27) and previous version of Huemann add-ons and the problem is gone.

Do you have any other idea for an solution?

I replaced the option-tree folder as described, but unfortunatly it didn’t resolve my problem.

I’m going to disable my plugins one by one to see if I can find which one is messing with the menu in theme-options.

Due to an update of FF and Chrome something changed in showing the arrows. I had the similar problem.

My deloper changed my style.css and added some lines:

.themeform select {
appearance: normal;
-moz-appearance: menulist; /* Firefox */
-webkit-appearance: menulist; /* Safari and Chrome */
}

Now the arrows are working again.
