Thanks again for the help. Got it solved. The web to lead form was generating a https://www.salesforce url when it needed to be na.salesforce

Actually, still having some trouble. For some reason, when I have two forms pasted in the bottom one works and the top one doesn’t. But when I only have one from on the page it is broken.
