I’m now having the same problem with other content. For instance I can’t create a new menu. I’ve tried changing the theme and I don’t have any plugins and the problem persists. What could the problem be?

Oh, and I forgot to say that the add photo process works fine when I provide an image url instead of a file in the media library.
