I found the problem. You should add this important notice to readme.

I had a single theme file that was saved as UTF-8 WITH BOM.
This UTF8-FILE add 3 extra bytes: EF BB BF
So my file MP4-file was destroyed.
Same happen to other files like JPG.
But not to PDF

Tested with JPG and PDF

JPG do not work
PDF work

I had also 404-errors and to my surprise, this fixed it.
