Update – issue is not with the plugin. I was able to get access to the client’s Stripe account and there were some issues with their account they need to resolve. It would be nice if the error from Stripe was a little more specific. ??

It is network activated. When we add a new meta and click the “save” button we see the message “No changes found” and it does not save. I have seen the other reports of this and tried the suggestion to deactivate and re-activate the plugin but that did not work. I also found a suggestion to delete the _personalization table but I do not see that table in the database for the site. I also tried deactivating, deleting and then re-adding the plugin from the plugin repository with no success.

Further testing I found that I am able to add meta on the primary site, but I can’t add to any of the secondary sites.

I have updated and so far it looks to be working. Thanks for the quick fix!!

I am having the same issue. I just updated to the latest version (17.0) but it looks like that was released before this thread. Do you know when you will be updating this plugin?
