Probably. It’s hosted by Bluehost…their support would need to clear it. I will try to get ahold of them then let you know.

Actually, I’m seeing this issue again.

Scroll down the websites’ home page to the Popular Posts section.

The post at the bottom of the list is missing its thumbnail. I have:

1. reset the Featured Image

2. Regenerated Featured Image thumbnails only

3. Regenerated all thumbnails

Thoughts?

Doh! Thanks! I thought I had done that.

This problem occurs with all user types except Admin.

Authors, Editors, Contributors are not able to access //website-name/wp-admin/index.php when UM is active.

I’m using UM Version 2.0.38

I think I’m having a similar problem with the author role.

My authors can’t access wp-admin.

Steps:

(author) goes to //website-name/wp-admin

Redirects to login page

enters username and password

Instead of going to //website-name/wp-admin/index.php

//website-name/ loads in browser

Author is able to access //website-name/wp-admin/index.php when UM is deactivated.
