How do I choose just the hours booked on the backend & mark them simply as “booked” without inputting all of the info we’ve marked as “required” so that they appear as such on the frontend?

I was able to “reset” the default availability & created the custom availability, but we now have a bigger problem. The calendar now shows that every day, all times slots, as available. The previous time slots that were now booked, no longer show as such & now say available. However, if we look on the backend, we can see the reservations that were previously setup. How can we correct this?

Any ideas why when the User tries to reserve the conference room online, it appears to be working…at first. The “Book Now” button is there (after I have reset it), they click it, and it just kept cycling…it never gives them a “you’re reservation has been submitted” message, nor does it send us an email confirmation, but it DID reserve the space in the calendar. So when they attempt to try it again, they find that the “Book Now” button was gone again.

The “Book Now” button appears once I reset the “Repair database & text”. But as soon as 1 person makes a reservation, no matter what the next user attempts, even if the timeslot is available, they now receive the error “There are no services available for the period you selected” & the Book Now button doesn’t appear.

Other than “Repair database & text” & “Repair calendar settings”, I’ve made zero changes to the plugin.

I have done this several times. The Test notification works correctly. I’ve also done Repair database & text multiple times. It resets it for one reservation, then no longer works.

Our Book Now button keeps disappearing. I have to go into the backend & click the “Repair Database & Text”, then once a user registers for a time slot, the form just spins. The next time a user goes to book a time slot, the Book Now button is missing.

We’re having the same issue. Neither the admin email, nor the CC is going out.

I found a work around this issue. I made my first choice a dash (-) & the other choices under that.

I’ve created a work-around, but is there a way to remove one of the check boxes?
