Actually, I completely removed then reinstalled the plugin even though it was the same version. That worked.

I’m sorry but I don’t see any new version to install. I have 4.0.3 and the problem is still present.

Actually, the parameter active=’false’ from another recent post worked for me. The one you pasted above didn’t. I’m good now.
