I made some progress…

Have:
on_sent_ok: location.replace (‘https://my.timedriver.com/Y5KXC?firstname=Bob&lastname=Smith&[email protected]&;’)

Which sends specific data to my scheduling tool.

Would like:
Instead of firstname=Bob, would like firstname=value in the firstname field on the form where the above code exists.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
