Hi @jennwprez ,
I just checked your site but there is no example with our Transition Slider plugin. But as I wrote once again to our user, the only thing that can be a problem when you put a shortcode from our slider is that the container element you put it in is not fullscreen or maybe it contains some padding that needs to be removed in the theme you are using.
Our slider in fullscreen mode works by taking up 100% of the width and 100% of the height of the element in which it is located, so if you put it in an element that has a small padding along the edge of the page then it will look like a slider is not fullscreen, the only problem is that you need to remove the padding from the element it is in, and that unfortunately has nothing to do with our slider.
Thanks for the inquiry and for using us slider,
have a nice day! You’re welcome, if you’re still having problems in the future with the slider not filling the entire screen, make sure the container you put the slider in may not have any paddings or margins.
As for how you can make the text scroll smaller on your mobile or iPad, this is an option you can find in our PRO version of the slider. So there we offer additional options and one of them is that you can set a certain font size or any other option for each element on the slider for mobile or iPad.
So I recommend that you take a look at our website (https://transitionslider.com/) a few examples of our templates and opt for the PRO version which supports more options than the Free version.
And every two weeks you can expect a new update with new extensions.Have a nice day!
Hi @tenzinrabjam ,
if you want to cover the entire screen you have to use the fullscreen option. If you think this option does not work, please send an example of a slider you are having problems with.
Since I checked the link you submitted but I can’t find an example of a slider made in Transition Slider there.
Send a special example that clearly shows that the fullscreen option does not work from edge to edge, so they can help you more.Have a nice day!

Hi @stevemullen ,
I agree that it’s a little harder to adjust what you want with the current version. So this advice I gave is the maximum that can be adjusted with the current version of the plugin. But don’t worry, the option under “Video settings” – “Reset video on slide change” has already been implemented and completed, this option will be included in the next version. I tested it exactly on your slider example and it works great.
Please be patient for the next update.
I would ask you if you appreciate our effort, work and you also like our plugin and support I would ask for a moment of time to leave us a rating and review, it would mean a lot to us.

Hi,
I checked your slider videos again and these are the exact lengths of your videos:
1. video 8.11 sec
2. video 11.12 sec
3. video 8.10 secSo what creates the problem for you is that 2nd video that is not 8 sec long. What you can do is shorten the second video to 8 sec. Then to set the Autoplay option to 7500 ms and the length of the transitions between slides to 1000 ms.
Our slider currently works with video slides in such a way that if the video lasts 20 sec and if you switch after 5 sec and go back to that slide the video will continue from 5th sec. In your case if you do as I wrote above you will have those videos that will go all the way and move on to the next one.But with the situation, you have given us an idea for a new feature that we will add in the next update. We will add an option under Video settings that you can include that on each switch to video slide, that video starts from the beginning.
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] b is not a functionI checked again your link https://www.nytrophyproperties.com/home-2/
And I see that you are still using version 2.12.0 of our plugin.
In dev tools I checked https://www.nytrophyproperties.com/wp-content/plugins/transition-slider-lite/js/build/transitionSlider.min.jsAnd the version is still 2.12.0, maybe you need to clear the cache. Because the problem in the latest version is solved.

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] b is not a functionI apologize once again for the problem. We have solved the problem on our part and ensured that the global variables do not conflict with other global variables from the minified versions of other plugins.
Also no worries about Swiper, you’ll never have a conflict with our Swiper version because we use modified Swiper with totally different global Swiper class names. In few hours we will release the hotfix, please install that version, and the problem will be fixed.
We are really glad that we managed to solve the problem. If you like the plugin and have a moment, feel free to leave a rating and review, we would appreciate it!
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] b is not a functionI just made a video example with your videos where I do a slider from scratch with your 3 videos, I set up fullscreen and autoplay like you.
I inserted a shortcode on the homepage and everything loads neatly.Example:
Please try to give us more information so we can reproduce the problem. Also try shutting down some plugins and seeing that it is not up to some collision. Also try testing with another topic to find out more information, and at the same time we will be able to help you more.
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] b is not a functionI just tested with your videos that you use in a slider with the same options and the slider works fine. It is possible that there is a conflict with another plugin, can you please send a screenshot of all plugins that are active for you and also which WordPress theme do you have installed?
