Hi,
thanks for the advice and good idea. We will definitely consider inserting this feature in the next version, which will be a very big upgrade (Transition Slider 3).

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] CSS not appliedHi @calvincanisa , if you want to add custom CSS then you have to do it as follows:
https://i.ibb.co/bmZh8Zt/Screen-Shot-2021-08-06-at-11-07-27-AM.png
And any additional custom CSS classes you want to put on that element must be entered below in CSS Classes.
Pleasant rest of the day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] Slider FreezingHi @rduxbury ,
we are really sorry that you waited longer for our answer. We test the example of the slider you submitted on your test URL, we take a closer look at the Edge you mentioned having problems. Today we will give you more information that we have managed to improve to make your slider work.
Once again, apologies for the wait, but we really want the product to work great for us, so we give ourselves special effort and time in situations like this.
We wish you a pleasant rest of the day and let you know the details during the day.

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] templateHi @fnlytwyn ,
you can give a little more information and a description of what exactly happens and how exactly it does not allow you to import a free template. Since we don’t have any more detailed information, a description or screenshot we can hardly help. Please describe steps how an error is happening.Hi @eveest,
please can you send URL with example so we can debug more. Thanks!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] Slider FreezingHi @rduxbury ,
we looked at an example and started debugging, but at the moment we can no longer find an example of a slider on your page. Can you please send us an example of a slider you are having trouble with a test URL, so that we can find the problem and fix it as soon as possible. What we can confirm with certainty is that there is no problem in the size of the images and the amount of slides. We noticed that you had two different instances of the slider one for the desktop and one completely different for the mobile. This was what created the problem because both instances were present, only you did not display the mobile version visually but it was present on the website. This is what we still need to test and see what it is about, please send us an example URL to find out the problem.
Thanks and have a nice rest of the day.

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] slide not loadingHi,
we checked the slider you submitted as an example. The reason why the slider does not work unlike other sliders that are placed on the page is that the main home page slider has a different domain URL to the slide image itself. So all other sliders have a path from your main domain:
while the home page slider src comes from:
https://www.vhscb.cz.uvirt106.active24.czHere are the paths for the homepage slider:
https://i.ibb.co/8gpnM39/Screen-Shot-2021-07-10-at-10-01-00-AM.pngAnd since browsers block the reading of images from another domain this is why the home slider is unable to load images due to the CORS policy.
https://i.ibb.co/Sdr0098/Screen-Shot-2021-07-10-at-10-01-35-AM.pngTo solve the problem you need to change the src path for the homepage slider as you have for the other sliders on the page.
The most important thing is to see what mistakes appear in your backend, and we will find out as follows:
1. log in to your WordPress backend, if you are using a Chrome browser go to the three dots at the top right select More Tools -> Developer Tools and then click on the Console tab.

https://i.ibb.co/25Kf9qQ/Screen-Shot-2021-02-10-at-11-44-50-AM.pngThen send a name screenshot if you see a red error in the console.
So that we can see if it is possible to make some fix that would help you.If unfortunately you can’t preview or edit the slide, you will have to start over.

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] Support for WebPHi @w2014 ,
thank you for pointing us to such a problem happening. We will test and take into account that this problem is fixed in the next version and that webp is supported in admin.Have a nice day!
Hi @yurikfirst ,
we are glad that you have expressed your opinion about our slider. But first we need to draw attention to two facts:
1. You have never contacted us for support where you have stated the fact that you have difficulties with heading tags
2. We do not understand exactly what you want to say and how you would like our heading to work in HTML, since our elements on the slider are marked and added to the slider as heading elements. In the example below we send the proof in our slider when an element is marked as heading 1 in HTML it is seen that this element is also added as HTML element h1.In the future, feel free to check with us first so we can help you, and if something really doesn’t work then you have every right to express your opinion with a bad plugin rating.
Element marked in the editor as heading 1:
https://i.ibb.co/DKQBcPm/Screen-Shot-2021-06-23-at-14-46-58-PM.pngPreview slider and HTML display of elements, it can be seen that the highlighted heading element is set as an HTML h1 element.

Hi,
this is really weird because we are currently reviewing your website you submitted and see that you have the latest version of slider v2.20.2 and the slider on your homepage loads without any problems here I am sending a screenshot:https://i.ibb.co/QHK8K6q/Screen-Shot-2021-06-17-at-10-43-10-AM.png
So it’s possible that something is on your side, because with the current situation we don’t know how we could help you since we can normally see you slider and everything seems to be working great.
Hi,
we are glad that everything is working properly now. Continue to enjoy our plugin, if you have a moment leave a rating and a review would mean a lot to us, thank you.Hi,
we just released a new version of v2.20.2 in which another fix has been added to help keep your slider running properly. Please test and let me know if everything is ok now.
