First off, I would like to thank you for taking the time to offer a review for Jetpack CRM. Without critical feedback such as this, we will be unable to continue to improve our product so that it will meet and exceed the needs of our valued customers. We appreciate the time and effort you have put forth regardless of the position you have taken.
I would like to offer some further clarification to help address the points you have offered today.
This CRM has what I would call one MAJOR flaw. There is no email integration in this CRM. In 2020 why would you build a CRM that does not integrate into email? They have a sketchy system that will allow you to send email campaigns out but basic communication with your clients via email is NOT available. Seems absurd to me. How many small businesses DON’T use email to communicate with leads? Why is there no way to have all of that communication in one place?
It is true that at the moment we do not have a feature or extension to effectively handle all aspects of email communication between Jetpack CRM contacts. However we do our best to make this clear wherever we can, and as this is one of our most highly sought-after requests we intend to develop an enhancement for this functionality as soon as possible.
As you can see from the following Coming Soon page, where we keep a list of product ideas and extension requests soon to become releases, the Email Inbox request is of top interest. I would highly recommend placing your vote to show your support for the feature and to continue to check back from time to time for further status updates.

Buried deep in their knowledge base page is their refund policy. It’s NO WHERE on their pricing page that I could find. Basically, they give you 30 days to decide if you want your money back. Unfortunately for me, it took longer than that for us to integrate, build and decide we hated the CRM. Part of their scheme is to make you pre-pay for a whole year (no monthly choice offered) and then refuse you a refund if you don’t like it. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE!!!Please do note that our Refund Policy is stated in several locations on our primary website. First, within the Pricing page directly beneath the bundle options here:

You can add a Custom Field directly to your Invoices from WP-Admin > Jetpack CRM > Settings > Custom Fields > Invoice Custom Fields. Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to map Contact Custom Fields to auto-populate Invoice Custom Fields upon creating an Invoice for a particular Contact – this field must be populated manually with each Invoice creation.
However, at this time, there is an open request to have this functionality incorporated in core.

At this time, the Email Manager can only send to one contact at a time. However, I do see that there is an open request for a feature that will allow multiple recipients and CC/BCC that is currently under review. There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. Let’s go through the following troubleshooting steps to check for that:
– Provide a screenshot of **CRM Settings → System Status**
– Verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions
– Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack and Jetpack CRM to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
– Clear your browser cache and cookies
– Try a different browser
– Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.

Given that the plugin appears to work with a default theme, this would indicate that the conflict is specific to the relationship between the plugin on your custom theme, Boldman. I would recommend approaching Boldman theme support with the above error message and clarifying the situation. From what I can gather, this theme is developed by Themetech Mount and their support can be reached at the following link:
