Thank you Andrew. Unfortunately this did not work for me. I used the plugin Prevent Browser Caching after editing the css file, shut down the browser and restarted the computer, but the problem is still present.
Did I miss something?

I had this problem, but when I deactivated the plugin “Facebook Like Share Follow Button” from A WP Life, it started working again.
