when i’m uploading it through filezilla it’s not showing it in the dashboard and when i’m trying to upload it through the dashboard it says : Unable to create directory /www/zzl.org/d/i/g/digitalfun/htdocs/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

nothing helped yet…
i deleted everything and downloaded everything from the beginning and i made new host account and same problem is appear !
maybe the problem is in this : do i need to keep this file : wp-config-sample.php or not ??

i do have index.php file, it’s inside the wordpress folder.
should i move it ?

can one of the moderators maybe use teamview to see me while i’m doing everything ?
