when i’m trying to upload a theme though the dashboard i’m choosing the zip file and pressing insatll it says : Unable to create directory /www/zzl.org/d/i/g/digitalfun/htdocs/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

i unzipped the files and now when i go to themes it shows few folders(each folder is another theme name) when i enter to each folder it shows many php files etc..
