In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Date and Time StampThanks for the link and glad I could help.
If I can’t wait for the update would it be possible to copy the code from the link and fix it myself? Or is that not recommended?

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Date and Time StampI just examined this further and the problem in details goes like this:
1 – Under “My Tickets” the date is correct and the timestamp is translated to the right language e.g. the right month, hour and minute name.
2 – When showing the ticket detail, the header for the ticket is showing the right way as mentioned in #1 – I guess it is the same string that is being pulled?
3 – The first entry in the ticket detail is also showing the right date, but the translation is a mix of both english and the chosen language (in my case Danish). The date says “2 timer ago” – where timer is the translation in Danish. When hovering over this I get “6. March 2015 9:07” – if it was pulled from WordPress it should have said “Marts” instead. But overall, first entry has the correct timestamp, just a weird translation.
4 – All the remaining entries for the ticket, shows the right “posted 2 hours ago” message and hour/minute are translated. But when hovering the date is all english and reset to 1970 etc.
Don’t know if it helps?

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Date and Time StampHello Julien and Vipteam, just wanted to say that I have the same problem with a local install of WordPress and “Danish” as the language.
Timestamp is set to 1970 on all tickets and ticket update messages.
