Featured images, import tags and hashtag removal are all supported features in the paid version of the plugin. If you wish to upgrade just head over to sm2wp.com.

I’ll be sure to make this clearer in the next update. Please let me know if this fixes the problem.
Also please ensure you are running the latest version (1.1.5 as of this post)

That is interesting, I’m sure we can work it out. Are you able to tell me what website you are trying to set it up on? It will be easier for me to check our logs.
