Yes, I would be interested. I can’t find your email address, so I think my email through your site went through.
I might be, but I’d need to see what the updates are and know that it wouldn’t break my MultiSite on VPS.
I assume the beta is in the other releases section of the WP plugin page.
I’m sorry this took me so long to test. But I’m happy to report that this fix worked for me!
My environment:
WordPress 3.4.1 Multisite
Pretty Link in question: /itunes
Pretty Link works on some of the Multisite blogs, not on others.
After commenting out the two suggested lines, the /itunes pretty link was possible to make. The link works, too!
I also get this problem, but on a single installation of WordPress and not on my other WordPress Multisite. I’m using Pretty Link Pro in both cases.
Perhaps it’s a plugin conflict or something about the update to WordPress 3.4(.1).

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] handle jquery plugins dependenciesIs this with manual or auto minify? If with manual, did you try re-arranging the scripts in the order of dependencies?
Thank you.
Any update on this? I can’t find where my slug is supposedly being taken.
I would also like help with this, but I think my issue is with specific words that aren’t already in categories, tags, pages, or posts.
This error has been reported many times and answered just with “can you submit a bug report.”
What is the actual answer to this problem?
YAY! I’m activating this on all of my sites now.

In reply to: Transparent PNGs issueI’d like to refresh this conversation because I need to find a solution to 8-bit PNGs.
8-bit PNGs are really useful for generating much smaller files. Since PNG already produces quite large files, an 8-bit can significantly reduce the size with little noticeable loss of quality.
Any other solutions?
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Remove portion of post meta per categoryYes, that’s exactly what you can do. Each category page will have the same kind of class assigned to <body>. When in doubt, browse to the page and look at the classes on the <body> tag.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Remove portion of post meta per categoryWhat is the theme? If all else fails, you could just attach “display:none” to the appropriate classes for those categories.
Note that each category is assigned to the <body> tag as a class. So you can target category-specific elements for CSS changes with:
.category-projects .meta {}
Coming back to this, perhaps the ultimate solution would be to grab from the meta description. Doesn’t WordPress automatically populate that from the excerpt?
Pulling from the meta description tag would also be great because it would allow us to write descriptions in ways that appeal outside of the context of our site. This is normal for SEO, but would be fantastic for social sharing.
/schedule will show your schedule page, but I’m also looking for a way to display it on the page and URL of my choosing.
