When you say you’ve lost everything, do you mean the site isn’t visible or that your site’s database and files are gone?

I mean, the site isn’t visible. Database and files are on server.
All plugin are switched off. Database and files are not visible.

For original theme and cPanel account i must ask for that previous administrator.
