I am experiencing the same thing as OP. I have 2 entries in my gravity forms, but as I test the privacy functionality, it says that there is no data. Both in e-mail and the interface.
Also when I click on download data, when testing as admin it just refreshed the page but nothing is actually downloaded.
Could you assist me?
