i just checked and there are a bunch,
i have sent them via the contact form.

page speed is now enabled, maybe severs are taking time to propagate.

if you right click and open the featured image in a new tab, it should show source as googleusercontent.com that will ensure pagespeed is running.

i have just disabled pagespeed, so it might start working if you dont check right now.

Half of the images were not getting uploaded to the cdn (error : source file not found). possible glitch somewhere.

tried everything possible, changing permissions , and custom file lists.

To fix this i manually downloaded the uploads folder from wp-content and uploaded to my Azure CDN storage account using Azure file manager.

The process was slow and troublesome , but well worth the hit and miss. It works ! everything works now – WordPress + w3tc on Azure CDN

i can confirm that reverting back to version 0.3 will fix the above issue for those who have not been able to resolve it.

it works great , it just shows the annoying update available notification in the dashboard

edit : you can remove the update notification by editing the .php of the plugin and replacing version 0.3 with 4.1

The issue is that it pops up but then gets redirected to the image source,

i have tried from various computers and emptied cache several times

basically it attempts to pop up and also shows the image in the pop over for a few seconds, but, then gets redirected to source, this behavior stops when i turn off caching with CDN.

Also, notably this doesn’t happen sometimes when i press back from the image source and attempt to open the image it sometimes works fine. but 90 % of the time it remains broken

this also started happening after 3.1

Any help is appreciated

No i have a standard setup, no modifications.

In version 1.2 this is the address of the image
wp-content/uploads/avatars/1/1300260234-bpthumb.jpg

and in 1.3 here is what i get
wp-content/plugins/user-avatar/user-avatar-pic.php?id=1&w=16&radom=1300260234

im gtried what @sijo55 and changed the permissions of the avatars folder from 755 to 777 still no Avatars

I believe it is a conflict in the two timthumbs that does not allow the URL to be rewritten properly,

The URL gives “no file or image found” essentially a 404
