Please could you provide more information on what exactly you are encountering on your end? Are the links broken? Do they not accept the password even when correctly entered? What are you experiencing on your end?

If I click on one of the links to a url in an order, it goes to a page (for example https://themilkmeg.com/?download_file=8970&order=wc_order_B4S0tW2U9seC7&uid=88f3f8d44ca2eeb2eb112a39a6dc02bdd1c986b58f2b911b714014bc4d9e2e7f&key=ca5d155d51667e96dbdf4e1723de78e1) and it says File Not Found. Go To Shop. If I manually enter the url, the password works and the video is there etc. It’s just getting to the page.

Do you recall, when the issue started did you perhaps install any new plugins just before?

I’m not sure what you mean by your comment that there is no need to rage. Yes it’s a community support forum. I get it. We can’t expect any help except from the goodness of people’s hearts. But over a week of absolutely no comments?

So what’s the alternative? I can’t find any support on the official WooCommerce site. It seems unless I’m a WooThemes customer (and I have no need of the woo themes) then I can’t get any support for WooCommerce.

I was thinking about a PO file. I don’t know anything about them, but wouldn’t it change all instances of that word to another word? I only want Products changed in the WooCommerce Selectors, not in the body text. Someone might use that word in a normal sense.
