UPDATE: It appears another plugin, W3 Total Cache, was causing some sort of conflict. Once I deactivated it, Cue, and the built-in WP playlist now work fine.
Now that I’ve found the problem, what is the solution so I can continue using W3TC?
No plugins. Just whatever is built into the wp page. I’ve checked everywhere I can think of to see if there is any permission settings, but nothing shows up that would disallow viewers to see the playlist.
Impreza is the theme and WP Bakery is the page composer if that makes a difference…
Thanks for the suggestion but I’ve already rebuilt the forms. Don’t know why exactly I had the issue, but it’s a distinct possibility that it’s a “bad internet connection while updating” issue. I’ve been having access issues lately, but I haven’t been able to determine if it’s my web hosting company, my router or my ISP.
