@nadiaam67 I was facing the same issue in my another website upgrading theme worked for me!!

@nadiaam67 You can try that too but in my case i also upgraded my theme as it was not compatible with 5.5 my theme was ekommart eCommerce theme it was due to error in theme you can try either of any ways i would suggest you to switch to default theme once and check it the problem gets resolved and if problem still persist contact theme developers for support if you don’t mind can you tell me the URL to your website ?

@nadiaam67 Try roll-backing to version 2.8.x for elementor and elementor pro both this may solve it if not you can probably ping back
