I think I spoke too soon. Thank you @stodorovic ! I had to use the plugin anyway. I think the indexables was causing the problem. Once I reset that, everything worked fine.
Thank you @stodorovic. I wasn’t able to try your solution BUT I simply updated my Yoast Plugin (it was a version out of date) and this fixed everything. I wonder if the plugin you suggested would have done that had I not needed to update my plugin.
