Well, now seems το work fine, we uploaded a new track and now it shows up. It must have been something weird with the track it’s self (maybe because it was over a month old?). Just for reference it used to work on the plugin’s settings page but not on the front end.

Unfortunately the problem still persists, The cache wasn’t the issue I’ve also tried to visit the site from a different device. And the latest track is one month old so that shouldn’t be the problem either. The strange thing is that when using the random method the latest track appears and it works fine.

I created a test page with the the shortcode as follows: [soundcloud user='username'] and this time the soundcloud player loaded but it said Oops, we couldn’t find that track. I also tried with a different username but the result was the same.

I hope this information was useful in order to identify the problem.
