I’m finding it very easy to set up and use and I know a number of other shop owners and some developers who highly recommend it. Support seems to be very consistent and while you won’t get a lot of “hand holding” you will get direct and useful replies from them – a massive difference to other e-commerce plugins.
They won’t support ET Themes… not sure if that’s because they have an issue with them or whether it’s because they need to draw a line between what their plugin does and what the theme does.
having tried most of the more well known plugins now (except the new jigoshop) eShop (for me at least) is my clear favourite
