I don’t have or use that plugin. That’s the problem. I have 3 different installations of WordPress showing me the block editor but the only plugins I have active on those installations are JetPack & Akismet. (I even tried deactivating and deleting JetPack to no avail.) But yet a 4th installation of WordPress, same version, has the old editor. That’s why I’m confused as to why it’s showing up.
