I have renamed the plugins folder and here is the screenshot.

Just created another username New_Kopenhavn with admin privileges to check again. No luck. It results in a user rather than an administrator. It then says I do not have permission to enter admin.

Yes, the host tried changing the admin as well. They created one called [email protected]. I was able to access it but only as a user. The admin capabilities are not displaying. Sorry that I left this out. We have been working on this problem for two weeks.

None of the accounts have access privileges. We have had our host provider technical support WordPress team look this over for us and they could not fix it. They recommended reaching out to www.remarpro.com.

Yes, it is. That is due to the technical problems. We cannot change the role back to admin no matter what we have tried and cannot create any admin roles.
