  • I’m having the exact same issue. After a subscription is purchased it works great, credit card is charged and first payment goes to paypal fine. The correct emails come to customer from woocommerce about account creation and order being received, two from paypal (one receipt email & one to ‘review auto-payment’), I complete order and that email gets to customer. However 10 minutes after the first order has been received a second email goes to customer with different order number and in woo email shows billing address: N/A with just email address. This is confusing to the customer thinking they are billed twice but on backend of Woo it shows this second order on hold sans any billing information. Is this simply an developer planned new order and customer email in anticipation of the next payment? Following this line of logic, that on hold payment will go to processing/capture once the term of subscription is ready for renewal?

    Please help, this software seems so useful and easy for the small fry to do reoccurring payments with PayPal standard. Want to go to pro version but need to see some stronger evidence this is better option vs. Woo’s subscription integration software.
