For aligning your logo to exact place in mobile view, you need to play with media queries by giving height and width to logo for specific screen sizes. You have to give media queries in your style.css

NOTE-: changing your style.css will be overwritten when you will update your theme. Best way is to work on child theme.

Tell me one thing, he testimonials you added before, are they showing when you are customizing it. Appearence -> Customize -> Testimonials. Are those testimonials showing there which you have added?

When i check, your website opens normally. Maybe sometimes it may sometimes slide down to latest posts section of your website.
Its not the major issue what i think.

What i have understood is that when you open your your website, blog page opens, but when i viewed your website directly the home page opened.

with custom css i think No. I am not too sure about that. I changed my focus section from default 4 to 5 by changing bootstrap.css

for this you need to login into your ftp account and find the file
themes/zerif-pro/css/bootstrap.min.css

and then finding the code @media (min-width: 768px)
.col-sm-3{ width:25%;} change the width to 20%; and upload your changes and then check

‘navbar-black-init{ background:rgba(0,0,0,0.2) } ‘

Try replacing background: rgba(0,0,0,0.2) with background: rgba(0,0,0,0)
