Hello @paulamit , Thank you for your reply. I have found that the issue was caused by a small delay in loading the document from the Media storage. Instead of the document the request was returning a “We’re fetching your file…Please wait a moment while we retrieve your file from its home on the internet” – reply.
I have applied the request in a separate window and it was working. After I call the request separately and the file is retrieved, it starts working on the page as well. It looks as a weird solution but it is working.
