Unfortunately, we weren’t able to resolve this matter.
None of the suggestions worked and the sending limit of 400 emails per hour wasn’t exceeded, as we only send out about 100 emails via Email Subscribers per hour and only about 30 was read out of 2 000+ emails that were sent out.
We will do some further digging when we have the time.

1) Usually the two common reasons for this are, one is that emails end up in the Spam Folder and another is that email gets discarded on the hosting side or blocked, hence could you please check if this happened to you.
>> The emails aren’t landing up in the clients’ spam folders. We have confirmed this with the clients who’s emails only had one tick/check (gray icon) next to their email address.
>> The emails also aren’t blocked on the clients’ side, as we didn’t receive any return mail/delivery failure notice.2) If not, could you please check if you are receiving the test email or not.
>> The test emails are received to both our work and Gmail accounts.
>> As mentioned, all emails are sent, according to the report, but only a few are marked as read (two green check icons).Regards.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions.
Seems like the issue was replated to Wordfence, running up the CPU usage on their cPanel account.
After disabling Wordfence, the issue didn’t re-occur.
Will keep an eye on it, but it seems like all is running as it should.

Is there no other way to show the iframe content (not the code) below the featured image, as the client wants to display podcasts, which can only be embedded with an iframe?
Perhaps there’s a way to convert the iframe to html. None of the plugins we tried could to this.

One final question; how can the color of the menu items be changed to black on the sticky header (after a user scrolls down on the page)?

The client wants to retain the sticky header’s background color (semi-transparent white).
They just want to change the menu items’ color to black, but on the sticky header only.

We copied the header.php file to the child theme folder > included the php code in the file > this solved the issue.
