One thing I see is that you probably can manipulate to post data in post.php itself. But I still have no idea how to do this through a plugin.

If the connection can be made I believe it would give you an error on the password/user. So there is no connection to the mysql server in the first place (and so also no checking whether you user/pass is correct).
First focus on the ‘localhost’. One of the 20 possibilities will work.

MySQL Server : mysql
MySQL Database : yourdomain_com or name_yourdomain_com
MySQL Login : yourdomain.com or name.yourdomain.com

These look different from the values you entered. Eg I would enter ‘swoop.name’ as user instead of ‘blog.swoop.name’. But you say you are sure of them?

the first thing I noticed when visiting your site is that there’s little content. It shows up with about 2 rules of content on the frontpage. The faq is itself as big as all the rest together.
What I think you need first are more good things, updated regularly. Then people will find your site and stay.

Hi podz, tnx for the reply. What I meant was how to do this through my plugin. Eg after I press save (or edit) my function (or whatever) inserts something, eg the word ‘yay’ after every point.
I mean to create a plugin that automatically adds page breaks (with nextpage), but so far I’m not able to do anything with the post data.
