    I tried doing what this thread you sent suggested.
    The issue I am having is, why does autoptimize have control of my cache even after de-activating, deleting, and restoring a backup etc..?

    How can I fix this issue with the plugin?

    Do I have to have autoptimize re-installed for this?
    We’ve been at this 16 hours.

    This issue just started and I haven’t changed the process I use, is this a new thing?

    Thank you for clarifying this. Many people work on websites that were not built by them for a variety of reasons. Since I had tried 3x to receive credits back and the plugin does not display this information you kindly provided me, one would be left to assume they lost their money. Since there are many plugins with nulled and hacked versions around, it might be a good idea to make this clear in the FAQ in the case someone else runs into this issue.
