I have got a similar Problem – but I constantly delete my cache and browser history… If you visit my site cafemandelzweig.de You will find the homepage with one THEME (pixel) but all the other sites with my former THEME…What happened. I tried everything, but the other pages will not display the correct theme and not the installed widgets…
