I have wasted a day wrestling with this plugin trying to figure out how to disable Paypal before finding this thread. The free version of the plugin clearly states that discount codes are available in the pro version but makes no mention of disabling Paypal; I thought I was missing something.

This feels a lot like sneakiness on the part of the plugin authors. I won’t be buying anything from Codepeople again, and threads like this do not do your product or organisation any favours. It would be much better to be upfront with your potential customers instead of wasting their time.

Sorry, I should have added that when I say “it doesn’t work” I mean that when the thumbnail is clicked it goes to the image file, not a lightbox!

I’m having the same problem. I didn’t have any other plugins installed except Askimet and it didn’t work. I tried changing the options to “lightbox” and “thickbox” but it didn’t work. I tried installing a lightbox plugin, that would produce a lightbox when the larger image was clicked, but when the thumbnail is clicked it only shows a larger version.

Help?

Thanks so much esmi and Arjen, I was being silly! I had the static/front pages mixed up. Thanks for getting me back on the right track! ??

What I mean is that I want all the blog posts to appear not on the front page, but on a custom page called “Blog”. Since I want to display all posts from all categories, I’m not sure a category template will help.

Yes, same results in Firefox and Chrome. Firefox gives this error:

“wordpress.xml.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.”

Anyone know what could cause this error?

So do you mean I make each item in the list a post? Do I have to assign it a category, then arrange the categories in a list? I think this is where I’m getting confused.

I have created a list already in the page, but am at a total loss as to how to get the info related to each link (text+gallery) to display beside the menu when the link is clicked. I tried to make each link a .php page that would be included in a div tag where the content should be, but couldn’t find a way to make that happen. Someone suggested making each item a category, but I really, really don’t understand what that means.

Do you know of a way I could get linked content from multiple links in a manually created list to display on one page? If you have suggestions I’m all ears!
