I need to update my post as I have fixed my problem I think. I have a plugin called really simple SSL. Under settings, I had “enable javascript redirection to SSL. Once I turned this off, bingo problem solved. The Script file causing the problem in AMP disappeared.

Yeah, I’m having the same problem and very hard to find information on this. Someone suggested its the analytics from the host. I contacted Bluehost but they say this is not possible? I thought maybe a plugin?
