Alright, what theme are you using, for starters?

Okay, I’ve noticed that when I try to register, it will not send e-mails to my address, I do not believe this to be a WordPress problem.

Also, I’m not seeing any sign that it has WordPress, am I missing something here? ( Whoops you seemed to type the wrong URL )

Okay, I’d like to help.. But I can’t find how to sign up…

So, it’s still not working, well there is two ways to move on: Wait to get someone who knows the plugin well enough to get it to work , or you can just modify the theme file to randomly display the image. I can help with the latter of the two.

If I’m right, you’ll want to do this.

You mean basically you want your sidebar on only the index page, right?

Well, see my local install is online, I’m running an IIS server for public acess, but the problem is that WordPress sets the internal URis to https://localhost/ which prevents others from acessing it. I’m able to use it, but if I set the URi to the web address, I cannot see it from my own computer.

I can’t change it.. Well I can but I’ll never see it myself. Which means I couldn’t post at all… Ya see my point?

Under the general settings, /wp-admin/options-general.php.

Also, I’m not sure what (if any) file permissions are needed for WP to function correctly.
