Hi,

Even I am unable to save the snippet. Gives me an error “An error occurred when saving the snippet.”

Used to work fine earlier.

My site went down. I wanted to know which plugin caused the issue because I had updated few plugins. After deactivating W3 total cache, now I am unable to activate it. Says some fatal error but does not mention what. I am clueless at this point. I have already paid for maxcdn too as w3 total cache includes that. ??

Were you able to solve this issue? I am facing the same problem. Same error. None of the files get uploaded. Version 4.3.1 wordpress. Latest build of the plugin.

ok…I also tried removing the shortcode from the div and used it just inside the form tag but still I am unable to see the hidden input

I guess it needed at least 24 hrs to get sorted. Seems to be fine now. Without clearing the cache and after clearing the cache…both ways. Sorry to trouble you. Thank you for the help.

i can’t keep clearing my cache throughout the day…have already done it thrice since morning…and what about the other users then…they will also see it as distorted?
I hope this is a temporary problem like you are saying, but how long do u think this will take to get sorted…whatever this cache issue is?
