The name of the field is not the “label” or “id” that you can see on the form, You need to use the “Key”.

To get that value you must go to Ninja Forms->Settings->Advanced Settings and enable the “Dev Mode” option, this will allow you to see additional information about the form fields.

In the form editor you will see that new options will appear, including the Administration section where you will see the “FIELD KEY” field. That is the value that you must put in the field name of the GamiPress event.

With the time(s) field in the trigger you indicate the number of times the trigger must be fired in order for the entire automation to be executed.
For example “User completes a purchase 2 times”, this indicates that the user must make two purchases for the action to be fired.

In the automation editing screen, you will see on the right in the “Save Changes” block, there is an option called “Times per user” by default it is 1, that means that the automation will be launched only once, if you use the value 0, it can be launched indefinitely.

You may have the steps set to required and not optional. Please check your website, we have a Code Snippet to unlock an achievement by completing just one of the steps, that snippet may be on the site.

On the points we have carried out a test and it works as expected. Please check that your GamiPress installation and add-ons are updated to the latest version.

Please go to AutomatorWP->Settings menu. You will see that there is the option “Automatic logs cleanup”. There you can set the days you want to keep the logs. If you put the value 1, they will be automatically deleted daily.
