Working about half a year with polylang and… just discovered that – there is no at all functions to copy original content! )) I used premium themes and thought that all about incompatibilities. But no – that was decided! But this is very inconveniently. Ok – I understood, that might be the reasons not to translate the content. But there are too little those reasons – and … something like switcher in admin should be (translate or not) or two “+”, or + and arrow… I am so tired about this “feature”. 3 languages – 3 times from the scratch… ufff… and original content should be visible to translate… That is not normal. Kindly asking the author – implement that needed functions.
at Viktor Szépe : is that code working in 1.8.1? Seems to be A GREAT solution

Just have met this issue. The solution in my case: “Could not save password reset key to database.” was initiated from host provider because of disk space limit ( he simply restrict DB changes… ). I set free some space (deleted backups) – DB become writable – I could change the pass…

pity… at a deadlock…

Sure – we contacted Be Theme support – and they only said: the only multilanguage plugin, that officially supported by the BeTheme – is WPML.
That is true – wpml works fine, there are no hidden titles. But wpml has another few bags )
And they do not want to resolve such conflicts. But – you plugin also work (xili and qTranslate – not)! I am not realizing where problem can be also. Sure – I can give you full access to my demo page as it will helps…
I understood you, to follow every Premium plugin is difficult… but Be as Avado – are very famous…

Nevertheless of fix to be absent – there is a way to pass around !
I forgot about BE – this is very powerful theme: each created page has a custom subheader below the muffins – you may add the custom bg with custom Title !

no, I do not use child theme. I manage now 2 active BeThemes – every cause the same problem. Moreover – just install clean Be theme DEMO from purchased package. Install polylang – the same issue (

Yes I can – and just did it: deactivate EVERYTHING except polylang: there are NO titles ). Ok – deactivate the last – polylang ( no active plugins now at all) – the Titles ARE.

No. At the time the polylang activates – Title disappears from ALL languages

wpml is good enough, and as for the BeTheme – practically without rivals. But, as I think (only me) : expensive. But as I said – polylang works! and without (till now) problems. If this title problem will be solved – I will use it, everything is clear, work with muffin, each plugin I can settled with coding… no problems… But titles – do not want to study inner polylang functions, which course conflict…

Yes, the title is handled in theme options and-? Everything is good there and on. As chemistrap1 said: plugin deactivation = title is shown, activation – disappears.
as for the options = neither here not there

I tried to use different multilang plugins (xili, qTranslate-x,stella), but polylang – the best. It works (!) with muffin builder from BeTheme, lasts – no. What ever I did with qTranslate-x… noway/ And polylang begins to work at once ) great plugin, but some errors are (titles). But – there should be not serious thing…
