Are you saying that you couldn’t find plugin on your dashboard.

Do you have a WordPress.com or a self-hosted (www.remarpro.com) install? And are you logging as an administrator?

The WordPress.com websites are websites hosted at WordPress.com. www.remarpro.com is for self-hosted WordPress installation. That’s why you can’t find the Plugins.

this issue might be because of the web server configuration on both OS X versions. If the same wordpress zip is working on the older version and not on new. Then the high probability is that the web server is not configured properly.

compare the config, and then try with fresh installation on both versions.
