ARMember already loads CSS and JS scripts almost from the separate files but some of the CSS may be loaded on the page because it contains the dynamic CSS which can be changed as per your form settings.
So, if you want that CSS to be loaded from a separate file, then unfortunately currently it will not be possible.Thanks,

First of all, please update the BookingPress to v1.0.70.
Regarding the responsive issue, we’ve checked and noticed that it’s due to a theme or one of your plugin CSS conflicts and that’s why it’s adding the scrolling to the x-axis.Please add the following custom CSS code in the BookingPress > Customize page and save the settings. After adding the custom CSS, if you’re using any caching plugin then please clear the cache and then check again.

Regarding translating the ‘Booking Form’ label, BookingPress already provides the facility to change the ‘BookingPress Form’ label from BookingPress -> Customize page -> Booking Form -> label settings section.

It might happen due to caching. If you are using any caching plugin then please clear the website cache and then check again. Also, please check once in the incognito tab in your browser.
