This plugin only supports Post Type – Post and no other post type.

Yes now I have kept to 0.

But my point is.. as described in the above link to the feature request. And also in the backend description of offset. It says it will query that number posts at the initial start page. But here it skips that many post. Why?

The alphabetical state code for all states of India is not showing like MH,UP,etc.
Instead its showing the numerical state code like 16,18,etc.
