Thanks for showing interest in plugin. It is good idea to show images from RSS.I have started work on it and in next release you will get this feature.

Hi, First Off thank you very much for supporting this plugin.
This plugin is not creating category. It just fetching description content from RSS and attach with existing category defined by admin.
I think it is Can you please test it due to some conflict from other plugin. Can you please check it in fresh wordpress setup. Or can you share me development link where issue occurs.

Yes Elliot, You are right. This condition will break duplicate entry.
Although in manual run this condition is applied but not available in cron function.

Thank you for using the plugin.
In next release we are trying to put this feature. So plugin will search feed urls in backend according to keyword provide by user and list results. Same results will display as dropdown in add form where user will able to select Feed URL rather than put feed url in textbox.

Yes you can do it by just putting url in cron tab

Are you talking about description data in full text. Plugin use RSS url and take entry available in RSS.
We can modify if your requirement is available in RSS.
