Update to version 1.2.1 you will get the option for template one. Now I simply add option for give file URL and later there will be file up-loader. So you can easily choose file from media library or can upload new one easily.

Yes, you only need the numeric value. Here its 2 and for this option set shortcode will be [advps-slideshow optset=”2″]

Do your posts have featured image? This plugin doesn’t use image from post content. To use thumbnail your post should have featured image.

Adjust Slide Container width, height and padding with your selected thumbnail.
